All members of the staff work hand-in-hand to achieve your overall best health. In any work environment, teamwork is necessary and the home health care environment is no exception. Most of the clients we attend to need multi-disciplinary care which means that we have to coordinate with each other and the patient’s physician to achieve optimum health care outcomes.
